Information Centre

The information Centre is at the Ferry terminal, where the car- and passenger ferry Norrona docks every week, year round. It’s open from May 1st to September 30th on Mon-Fri from 08:00 – 16:00 . From October 1st to April 30th the centre is open Mon – Fri  from 13:00-17:00. It’s also open when Norrona docks on Tuesdays from 8:00 – 12:00 during the winter season. At the information centre one can find booklets from all around the country, hiking maps and road maps, stamps and postcards. A wireless internet connection free of charge for guests, a small souvenir shop and café open when ships are docking. WC for men, women and the disabled. A waiting room for Norrona’s passengers and FAS bus passengers.

The Tourist Information Centre is run by Seyðisfjörður Municipality who also run the Campsite at Seyðisfjörður.
